Vnímání rodinné terapie při léčbě závislosti na alkoholu / Anita Zemanová. -- 2023. -- 77 listů + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Alexandra Petrů. -- Oponent Petra Auerveková. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce se primárně zabývá zkušenostmi rodinné terapie a pohledem na ni z pozice osob potýkajících se se závislostí na alkoholu a osob pracujících s touto cílovou skupinou, tedy přímo rodinných terapeutů či odborníků úzce spolupracujících s rodinným systémem. Mimo jiné se v práci pracuje s úhlem pohledu rodinného příslušníka osoby závislé na alkoholu. Výzkum byl veden metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, jenž si kladl za cíl hlouběji prozkoumat efektivitu, problematiku a podstatu rodinné terapie v životě osob podstupujících léčbu a také nalézt možné bariéry s ohledem na možnosti doporučení do budoucna jak pro terapeuty, tak pro osoby dotčené závislostí tohoto typu. Získaná data jsou následně interpretována a přiřazována k odpovídajícím tématům za soustavného provázání s teorií. V práci průběžně přináším vhled a orientaci do klíčových témat, jakým je právě rodinná terapie se zaměřením na závislost na alkoholu. Dále se soustřeďuji na ostatní relevantní témata, jako jsou například možnosti léčby alkoholové závislosti u nás, význam rodiny v léčbě nebo český kontext alkoholové problematiky. V úplném závěru práce jsou výsledky hodnoceny z hlediska diskuze, limitů výzkumu a doporučení.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis is primarily concerned with the experiences and perspectives of family therapy from the position of people struggling with alcohol addiction and people working with this target group, i.e. focusing directly on family therapists or professionals working closely with the family system. Among other things, it was possible to get the point of view of a family member. The research was conducted by means of a semi-structured interview method, which aimed to explore in depth the effectiveness, issues and nature of family therapy in the lives of persons undergoing treatment, as well as to find possible barriers with regard to the possibility of future recommendations for both therapists and persons affected by the area of addiction. The data obtained are then interpreted and matched to the corresponding themes systematically linked to the theory. In my thesis, I continually provide insight and orientation into key topics such as family therapy with a focus on alcohol dependence. I also focus on other relevant topics such as treatment options for alcohol addiction in our country, the importance of the family factor in treatment or the Czech context of alcohol issues. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results are evaluated in terms of discussion, research limitations and recommendations.
