Vedoucí práce Martin Černý Abstract Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu stigmatizace nezletilých gravidních žen. Cílem práce je zkoumání sociální zátěže ovlivňující život nezletilých matek a gravidních jako etopedického a etického problému. Práce se snaží o komplexní uchopení problematiky. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována zejména právně platným postupům, které se v současné době využívají při řešení popsané situace a celkovému porozumění situace nezletilé. Praktická část mapuje v rámci kvantitativního výzkumu hloubku stigmatu napříč společností. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu práce přináší příběhy dívek i odborníků, kteří mají s problematikou osobní zkušenost. This bachelor thesis is focused on the stigmatization of young underage pregnant women. The goal of this work, is to research the social burden affecting life of underage mothers and pregnant women from the ethopedic and ethic point of view. This thesis will try to comprehensively understand this issue. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part is mostly focused on the legally valid procedures, which are currently used in described situations to resolve and understand the situation of the underaged. Empyrical part maps the depth of the stigma from the qualitative perspective across the society.
