Note Oponent Josef Liehne. Ved. práce Martina Paulíková Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou podávání transfuzních přípravků na oddělení Emergency v Masarykově nemocnici v Ústí nad Labem. Správné a včasné podání transfuzního přípravku je zásadní pro zajištění optimální péče o pacienty s krvácivými stavy a dalšími akutními onemocněními. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je věnovaná teorii ohledně transfuzních přípravků. Cílem praktické části bylo zhodnotit praxi podávání transfuzních přípravků na oddělení Emergency, zjistit počet a druhy podaných přípravků, analyzovat jejich indikace a urgentnost, prověřit znalosti zdravotnického personálu v této oblasti a vytvořit informační leták pro nově nastupující personál. Výzkum ukázal, že proces podávání transfuzních přípravků na oddělení Emergency je dobře organizovaný a splňuje požadavky na bezpečnost pacientů. Nejčastěji podávanými přípravky byly erytrocyty resuspenzované deleukotizované (ERD), plazma a trombocyty TBSDR. Byly zjištěny určité nedostatky ve znalostech personálu, zejména v oblasti kompetencí, zatímco zkušenější pracovníci vykazovali lepší orientaci. Byl vytvořen informační leták ke standardizaci postupů. Výsledky potvrzují důležitost kontinuálního vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu v oblasti hemoterapie a potřebu standardizovaných postupů při podávání transfuzních přípravků. Informační leták vytvořený v rámci práce přispěje ke zvýšení bezpečnosti pacientů a kvalitě péče. The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the administration of transfusion products at the Emergency Department of Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem. Correct and timely administration of transfusion products is essential to ensure optimal care for patients with bleeding conditions and other acute illnesses. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is dedicated to the theory of transfusion products. The aim of the practical part was to evaluate the practice of administering transfusion products at the Emergency Department, determine the number and types of products administered, analyze their indications and urgency, assess the knowledge of healthcare personnel in this field, and create an informational leaflet for newly hired staff. The research showed that the process of administering transfusion products at the Emergency Department is well organized and meets patient safety requirements. The most frequently administered products were resuspended leukocyte-depleted erythrocytes (ERD), plasma, and TBSDR platelets. Certain deficiencies in staff knowledge were identified, particularly regarding competencies, while more experienced workers demonstrated better orientation. An informational leaflet was created to help standardize procedures. The results confirm the importance of continuous education of healthcare personnel in hemotherapy and the need for standardized procedures when administering transfusion products.
