Oponent Ondřej Kounovský Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru u jednotek požární ochrany v Karlovarském kraji. V teoretické časti je představen systém v zdělávání příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru a jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů v oblasti neodkladné zdravotnické pomoci. Je hodnocena jejich efektivita a zapojení do systému first responder. Sběrem dat z operačního střediska hasičského záchranného sboru byl získán přehled počtech nasazení AED, úspěšnost či neúspěšnost rozděleno do okresu. Je popsáno jakým vybavením jednotky disponují a v jakých oblastech se dají propojit s posádkami zdravotnické záchranné služby. Dále je vysvětlen systém rozdělení jednotek požární ochrany. Jakým způsobem se vybírají jednotky, které se na místo události vysílají a jaká jsou pro aktivaci kritéria. Dalším bodem je popis AED a jeho potřeba při náhle zástavě oběhu, především v jeho aplikaci do programu "časná defibrilace v karlovarském kraji". S tím souvisí i správný postup při neodkladné resuscitaci. Poslední kapitola popisuje anatomii a funkce srdce. Praktická část bakalářské práce popisuje pět případů ze zásahů profesionální jednotky stanice Karlovy Vary, ve kterých bude uveden průběh události od vyhlášení poplachu jednotce až po ukončení zásahu a jeho zhodnocení. This bachelor thesis deals with the use of an automated external defibrillator in fire protection units in the Karlovy Vary Region. In the theoretical part, the system in the field of emergency medical assistance is presented. Their efficiency and involvement in the first responder system is evaluated. By collecting data from the operations centre of the fire brigade, an overview of the number of AED deployments, success or failure rate divided into districts was obtained. It is described what equipment the units have at their disposal and in which areas they can be linked with the ambulance crews. The fire protection unit distribution system is also explained. How units are selected to be dispatched to the scene of an incident and what the criteria are for activation. Another point is a description of the AED and its need in sudden circulatory arrest, especially in its application to the 'early defibrillation in the Carlsbad region' programme. This is also related to the correct procedure for urgent resuscitation. The last chapter describes the anatomy and functions of the heart. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis describes five cases from the interventions of the professional unit of the Karlovy Vary station, in which the course of the event from the announcement of the alarm to the unit to the end of the intervention and its evaluation will be presented.
