Zabývá se tím, jak lze pomocí fyzioterapeutických metod a konceptů pozitivně ovlivnit negativní změny vzniklé na pohybovém aparátu ženy během těhotenství. Metodika práce obsahuje kazuistiku těhotné ženy ve věku 28 let, která trpěla bolestmi zad v oblasti bederní páteře. Využité postupy byly: rozhovor, aspekce, měření a testování. Během terapií byly využívány metody: TMT, PIR, PFS, míčkování, Brügger koncept, cviky dle Ludmily Mojžíšové, DNS, ACT, dechová gymnastika, mobilizace a senzomotorická stimulace. The topic of my bachelor thesis is physiotherapeutic care of woman during pregnancy. It deals with how physiotherapeutic methods and concepts can be used to positively influence negative changes that occur in the musculoskeletal system of women during pregnancy. The methodology includes a case study of a 28 year old pregnant woman who suffered from lower back pain in the lumbar spine area. The applied methods were: interview, inspection, measurement and testing. The following methods were used during the therapies: TMT, PIR, PFS, ball massage, Brügger concept, exercises according to Ludmila Mojžíšová, DNS, ACT, breathing exercises, mobilization, and sensorimotor stimulation.
