Oponent Kateřina Portmann Abstract Diplomová práce se zabývá činností a vývojem Župního domova mládeže v Kostomlatech pod Milešovkou v letech 1938-1945. Na základě archivních pramenů ze Státního okresního archivu v Teplicích přibližuje organizační strukturu a každodenní chod tohoto ústavu. Pozornost je věnována nejen samotným chovankám, ale také personálu domova - složení personálu, kvalifikaci a jejich pracovním podmínkám a benefitům. Analytická část práce se dále zaměřuje na důvody přijetí chovanek do ústavu, na jejich rodinné zázemí, na jejich kázeňské postihy, zdravotní péči, korespondenci, pracovní zařazení během pobytu a denní režim. Cílem práce je zmapovat fungování tohoto ústavu v daném období a přispět k hlubšímu porozumění tehdejší mravní výchovy. This thesis focuses on the activities and development of the Youth Educational Home in Kostomlaty pod Milešovkou during the years 1938-1945. Based on archival sources from the State District Archive in Teplice, it presents the institutional structure and everyday functioning of the facility. Attention is given not only to the female inmates but also to the institution's staff - their composition, qualifications, working conditions, and benefits. The analytical part of the thesis further explores the reasons for the girls' admission to the institution, their family backgrounds, disciplinary punishments, medical care, correspondence, assigned work during their stay, and daily routine. The aim of the thesis is to map the operation of the institution during this period and to contribute to a deeper understanding of the moral education practices of the time. Another responsib.
