Oponent Václav Zeman Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá historickým vývojem evidence obyvatel v Československu a České republice. Práce podrobně popisuje legislativní a administrativní změny v oblasti evidence obyvatelstva od druhé poloviny 20. století až do roku 2000. Soustředí se na právní úpravu spojenou s evidencí obyvatel, jako jsou vyhlášky a vládní nařízení, mapuje jejich dopad na organizaci státní správy a veřejné správy. Práce také analyzuje vybrané typy písemností, které hrály klíčovou roli v evidenci obyvatel. V závěru jsou zmíněny problémy současného archivnictví a výzvy, které před ním stojí ve vztahu k ochraně a správě těchto historických pramenů. This bachelor thesis deals with the historical development of population registration in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. The thesis describes in detail the legislative and administrative changes in the field of population registration from the second half of the 20th century until the year 2000. It focuses on legal regulations related to population registration, such as decrees and government regulations, and maps their impact on the organisation of state administration and public administration. The thesis also analyses selected types of documents that played a key role in population registration. It concludes with a discussion of the problems of contemporary archival science and the challenges it faces in relation to the preservation and management of these historical sources.
