První kapitola se zaměřuje na základní termíny jako je mobbing, bossing, pachatel, oběť a přihlížející, příčiny, důsledky a opatření, druhá kapitola na kulturu organizace, řízení lidských zdrojů, roli manažera a psychologii práce, ve třetí kapitole autorka popisuje práva a povinnosti zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele, ve čtvrté předkládá výběr z dosavadních poznatků z výzkumu šikany na pracovišti. The aim of the thesis "Workplace bullying from the manager's perspective" is to map and characterize the issue of workplace bullying and propose measures to eliminate this undesirable phenomenon. The first chapter focuses on basic terms such as mobbing, bossing, perpetrator, victim and bystander, causes, consequences and measures; the second chapter on the culture of the organisation, human resource management, the role of the manager and work psychology; in the third chapter the author describes the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer; and in the fourth chapter, she presents a selection of existing findings from research on workplace bullying.
