Oponent Pavla Povolná Abstract Fabryho choroba je dědičné metabolické onemocnění ze střádání. Prevalence nemoci v ČR je 1:53000. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s Fabryho chorobou, kdy budou identifikovány a diagnostikovány ošetřovatelské problémy - diagnózy pacientů s diagnostikovanou Fabryho chorobou za použití NANDA taxonomie II. Soubor tvořili 2 respondenti s diagnostikovanou Fabryho chorobou. Sběr dat probíhal pozorováním, rozhovorem a byl doplněn o informace získané na základě obsahové analýzy zdravotnické dokumentace. Při získávání dat byl použit ošetřovatelský koncepční model Marjory Gordon. Na základě vypracovaných kazuistik jednotlivých respondentů byly diagnostikovány jejich ošetřovatelské problémy, kterými byly chronická bolest, průjem, únava, narušená tělesná pohyblivost, nedostatek spánku, neefektivní vzorce dýchání, strach, riziko vzniku infekce a riziko pádu. Zpracovaná mapa ošetřovatelské péče může být použita při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče na infuzním stacionáři. Účelem je zkvalitnění komplexní ošetřovatelské péče. Fabry disease is an inherited metabolic disease from accumulation. The prevalence of the disease in the Czech Republic is 1:53000. The goal of the thesis is describe the specifics of nursing care for a patient with Fabry disease, where there will be identified and diagnosed nursing problems - diagnosis of patients with diagnosed Fabry's disease by using NANDA taxonomy II. The set was formed by 2 patients with diagnosed Fabry's disease. The collection of the data was done by observation, dialogue and was supplemented with information obtained on the basis of content analysis of medical documentation. By the collection of the data there was used the nursing concept model Marjory Gordon. Based on the elaborated case studies of the individual patients there were diagnosed their nursing problems which were chronic pain, diarrhea, fatigue, impaired body monility, lack of sleep, ineffective breathing pattern, fear, risk of falling and risk of infection. The processed map of nursing care can be used by the patient reception with diagnosed Fabry's disease on the infusionsstation. The purpose is the improvement of the complex nursing care.
