Oponent Jan Mareš Abstract Cílem diplomové práce je sledování urbanistické proměny města primárně prostřednictvím výstavby kolonií. Práce rozkrývá, jak tato družstva vznikala, fungovala, překonávala byrokratické překážky, a jak byla úspěšná při realizaci výstavby. Družstva byla zakládána na přelomu 19. a 20. století a prováděla výstavbu nových rodinných domů. Na konci 19. století totiž bylo ve městě postaveno mnoho průmyslových podniků, které přitahovali do Loun dělníky. Ti potřebovali ubytování v blízkosti těchto továren. Práce porovnává, jak odlišná byla výstavba jednotlivých kolonií (včetně Kotěrovy kolonie) i jak bylo Stavební družstvo dělnických domků pro Louny a okolí ("Stará železnice"), Domov - družstvo pro stavbu rodinných domů úřednických, učitelských, řemeslnických a dělnických pro okres lounský a Družstvo pro stavbu rodinných, úřednických a dělnických domků pro Louny a okolí ("U Matky Boží") organizováno. Práce je doplněna mapami, plány a fotografiemi. Zároveň ukazuje, jak vypadaly jednotlivé kolonie dříve a dnes. The aim of the thesis is to monitor the urban transformation of the city primarily through the construction of colonies. The work reveals how these cooperatives were established, functioned, overcame bureaucratic obstacles, and how successful they were in the implementation of construction. The cooperatives were founded at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and carried out the construction of new family houses. At the end of the 19th century, many industrial enterprises were built in the town, which attracted workers to Louny. They needed accommodation near these factories. The thesis compares how different the construction of individual colonies (including Kotěra's colony) was, as well as how the Construction Cooperative of Worker's Houses for Louny and Surroundings ("Stará železniční colony"), Domov - a cooperative for the construction of family houses for officials, teachers, craftsmen and workers for the Louny district and A cooperative for the construction of family, office and worker houses for Louny and the surrounding area ("U Matky Boží") organized.
