Cílem práce je identifikovat problematické oblasti finanční gramotnosti uživatelů služeb Armády spásy jako možného podkladu vzdělávacího workshopu se zaměřením na finanční gramotnost jako prevence možné sociální exkluze. Byla použita kvantitativní metoda pomocí dotazníkového šetření, pomocí které byla zjištěna gramotnost uživatelů Armády spásy. Finanční gramotnost byla zaměřena na oblasti hospodaření s penězi a finanční produkty. Výsledky šetření odhalily mezery jak v oblasti hospodaření s penězi, tak i v oblasti finančních produktů. Na výsledky šetření navazuje návrh vzdělávacího workshopu se zaměřením na finanční gramotnost.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis focuses on the financial literacy of homeless people, specifically users of the Salvation Army in Karlovy Vary. The aim of the thesis is to identify problematic areas of financial literacy of Salvation Army service users as a possible basis for an educational workshop focusing on financial literacy as a prevention of possible social exclusion. A quantitative method using a questionnaire survey was used to determine the literacy of Salvation Army users. Financial literacy was focused on the areas of money management and financial products. The results of the survey revealed gaps in both money management and financial products. The results of the survey were followed up with the design of an educational workshop focusing on financial literacy.
