Oponent Ivana Kratochvílová Abstract Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem mezi delikvencí dětí spáchanou v letech 2016-2022 ve Varnsdorfu a okolí a vybranými faktory sociálního prostředí, ze kterého tyto děti pochází. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy vztahující se k tématu, dále jsou popsány vybrané typy delikventního chování dětí a faktory, které rozvoj tohoto chování ovlivňují. Čtenář je seznámen také se subjekty, které v rámci řešení delikventního jednání intervenují a v poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou řešena specifika sledované oblasti Varnsdorfu a okolí. Empirická část práce si klade za cíl zjistit, zda a případně jaký existuje vztah mezi sledovanými faktory sociálního prostředí a delikvencí dětí spáchanou v letech 2016-2022 ve Varnsdorfu a okolí. Pro realizaci výzkumu byla provedena nejprve analýza dokumentů, z nichž byla následně zpracována popisná statistika, aby mohla být sledována proměna delikvence dětí v období před, během a po pandemii onemocnění Covid-19. Stěžejní částí výzkumu je poté korelační analýza sledovaných proměnných. Celkem byla získána a zpracovávána data o 741 dětech. The diploma thesis deals with the relationship between the delinquency of children committed in the years 2016-2022 in Varnsdorf and its surroundings and selected factors of the social environment which these children come from. In the theoretical part are defined the basic terms related to the topic. Also the selected types of delinquent children's behavior and the factors that influence the development of this behavior are described. The reader is informed about the entities that intervene in the solution of delinquent behavior. In the last chapter of the theoretical part are solved the specifics of the monitored area of Varnsdorf and its surroundings. The empirical part of this thesis aims to find out whether and if there is the relationship between the monitored factors of the social environment and the delinquency of children committed in years 2016-2022 in Varnsdorf and its surroundings. For implementation of the research was as first done the document's analysis from which descriptive statistics were subsequently processed so that the change in children's delinquency could be monitored in the period before, during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The key part of the research is the correlation analysis of the monitored variables. In total were obtained and processed data of 741 children. Another responsib.
