Vedoucí práce Jan Šmíd Abstract Tato práce se zabývá postavením žen v Afghánistánu. Práce se zaměřuje na historický vývoj Afghánistánu a jeho náboženské zamření Islám. Pozornost věnuje především právu Šaria a jeho uplatnění v rámci jednotlivých právních odvětví z hlediska postavení žen. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je sběr dat o postavení žen v Afghánistánu a jeho porovnání s rozhovory v praktické části práce. Tyto rozhovory vycházejí jednak z rozhovorů dostupných online, jednak z osobních rozhovorů zaměřených na dílčí oblasti práce. This work deals with the status of women in Afghanistan. The thesis focuses on the historical development of Afghanistan and its religious focus on Islam. The focus is mainly on Sharia law and its application within individual legal branches from the point of view of the position of women. The main goal of the thesis is to collect data on the position of women in Afghanistan and compare it with interviews in the practical part of the work.
