Analýza praktických znalostí dětí z dětských domovů pro samostatný život po opuštění dětského domova / Adéla Kroupová. -- 2023. -- 62 listů. -- Oponent Zdeněk Svoboda. -- Vedoucí práce Ivan Bertl. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce bude zaměřená na analýzu připravenosti dětí odcházejících z třech vybraných dětských domovů v Ústeckém kraji na život mimo dětský domov. Tato "připravenost" bude analyzována především ve vztahu ke znalostem z oblasti peněz, financí, hospodaření domácnosti apod. Teoretická část bude popisovat legislativní a metodická východiska ústavní a ochranné výchovy, dále také zařízení pro výkon ústavní nebo ochranné výchovy. Dále se práce zaměří na organizační popis dětských domovů a jejich činnosti, prostředí a metodiku přípravy na odchod dětí z dětského domova. V této práci budou též zmíněny možnosti ubytování dětí po odchodu z dětského domova, a to konkrétně azylový dům, dům na půli cesty a ubytovna. Teoretická část bude obsahovat i popis vybraných tematických okruhů z oblasti finanční gramotnosti vhodných k tomuto typu edukace. Praktickou část práce budou tvořit kazuistiky vybraných dětí ze třech vybraných dětských domovů v Ústeckém kraji a provedené originální dotazníkové šetření u těchto dětí. Toto šetření bude zaměřeno na tři oblasti. První z těchto oblastí budou základy finanční gramotnosti. V této oblasti bude autorka zkoumat, zda se děti dokáží orientovat ve světě financí, jelikož děti z dětských domovů se po odchodu často stávají obětmi nevýhodných půjček. Dále to budou znalosti a kompetence z oblasti trhu práce a oblast legislativní východiska bydlení. V závěru práce bude koncipován návrh na zlepšení připravenosti dětí z dětských domovů na jejich odchod do běžného života formou neformálního a informálního učení a vzdělávání.. -- Abstract: The bachelor's thesis will be focused on the analysis of the readiness of children leaving three selected children's homes in the Ústí Region for life outside the children's home. This "readiness" will be analyzed primarily in relation to knowledge in the area of money, finance, household management, etc. The theoretical part will describe the legislative and methodical starting points of institutional and protective education, as well as facilities for performing institutional or protective education. Furthermore, the work will focus on the organizational description of children's homes and their activities, environment and methodology of preparation for children leaving the children's home. This work will also mention the possibilities of housing children after leaving the children's home, namely an asylum house, a halfway house and a boarding house. The theoretical part will also include a description of selected thematic areas in the field of financial literacy suitable for this type of education. The practical part of the work will consist of case studies of selected children from three selected children's homes in the Ústí Region and an original questionnaire survey of these children. This investigation will focus on three areas. The first of these areas will be the basics of financial literacy. In this area, the author will investigate whether children can navigate the world of finance, as children from orphanages often become victims of unfavorable loans after leaving. Furthermore, it will be knowledge and competences in the area of the labor market and the area of legislative basis for housing. At the end of the thesis, a proposal for improving the readiness of children from children's homes for their exit to ordinary life will be formulated in the form of informal and informal learning and education.
