Konstrukce grilu s pohonem / Petr Hrodek. -- 2023. -- 41 listů : ilustrace + 1 CD, výkresy (3 listy). -- Vedoucí práce Blanka Skočilasová. -- Oponent Petr Slavík. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí menšího grilu s pohonem elektrickým motorem rožně. Práce se dělí na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám grilovanými potravinami a minimálními teplotami na úpravu, běžnými druhy paliv při grilování, běžnými materiály grilovacích roštů a rožňů. Zmiňuji také některé konstrukční zásady v potravinářští. Zmiňuji běžné grily na trhu dle rozdělení orientace osy rožně. Na základě teoretické části jsem v praktické části volil použitý motor, rožeň, grilovací rošt a uvedl některé navrhnuté části grilu. Dále uvedl některé pevnostní výpočty a bezpečnostní podmínky používání grilu. V ekonomickém zhodnocení jsem uvedl odhadovanou cenu materiálu, práce a celého grilu pro jeden kus. Součástí práce je výkres sestavy celého grilu.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and construction of a small grill with a rotisserie driven by an electric motor. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I address grilled foods and the minimum temperatures for cooking, common types of fuels used for grilling, and typical materials used for grill grates and rotisseries. I also mention some construction principles in the food industry. I discuss common grills available on the market based on the orientation of the rotisserie axis. Based on the theoretical part, I selected the motor, rotisserie, grill grate, and presented some grill components. I also included some strength calculations and safety requirements for using the grill. In the economic evaluation, I provided an estimated cost of materials, labour, and the cost of an entire grill. An assembly drawing of the entire grill is attached to the thesis.
