Fyzioterapie po plastice předního zkříženého vazu [rukopis] / Tereza Mařanová. -- 2023. -- 73 l. + 8 l. příloh. -- Ved. práce Marek Jelínek. -- Oponent Andrea Ježková. -- Abstract: Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout problematiku poranění předního zkříženého vazu a volbou správných fyzioterapeutických metod, konceptů a postupů přispět k řešení problematiky u pacientů po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. Metodika: Práce zahrnuje kazuistiku pacientky (24 let) po plastické operaci LCA. Fyzioterapeutická intervence trvala celkem 10 týdnů a pacientka docházela na terapie 1x - 2x týdně. V první řadě byl proveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor a byla odebrána anamnéza. Na základě výsledků jsem pacientce stanovila krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, jehož cílem bylo zlepšit svalovou sílu, rozsah pohybu a stabilitu kolenního kloubu. Využila jsem některé koncepty, jako např. DNS, PNF, cvičení s therabandem a nebo overballem. V polovině terapie jsem provedla kontrolní kineziologický rozbor a porovnala výsledky se vstupním kineziologickým rozborem. Na závěr byl pacientce navržen dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Výsledky: Na základě fyzioterapeutické intervence se pacientce zvětšila svalová síla flexorů a extenzorů kolenního kloubu, zlepšil se rozsah pohybu kolene. Pacientka napravila svůj stereotyp chůze a došlo k odstranění nestability kolenního kloubu. Závěry: Díky vhodně zvolené fyzioterapeutické péči a intenzivní snaze pacientky došlo k celkovému zlepšení všech patologických parametrů, bylo dosaženo plného rozsahu pohybu, došlo ke zlepšení svalové síly.. -- Abstract: Introduction: Physiotherapy after reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament The objective: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize the issue of anterior cruciate ligament injury and to contribute to the solution of the problem in patients after anterior cruciate ligament plastic surgery by choosing the right physiotherapeutic methods, concepts and procedures. Methodology: The work includes a case study of a female patient (24 years old) after LCA plastic surgery. Physiotherapy intervention lasted a total of 10 weeks and the patient attended therapy twice a week. First of all, an initial kinesiology analysis was performed and an anamnesis was taken. Based on the results, I established a short-term physiotherapy plan for the patient, the aim of which was to improve muscle strength, range of motion and stability of the knee joint. I used some concepts, such as DNS, PNF, exercises with theraband and or overball. In the middle of the therapy, I performed a control kinesiological analysis and compared the results with the initial kinesiological analysis. Finally, a long-term physiotherapy plan was proposed to the patient. Results: Based on the physiotherapy intervention, the patient's muscle strength of the knee joint flexors and extensors increased, the range of motion of the knee improved. The patient corrected her walking stereotype and the instability of the knee joint was eliminated. Conclusions: Thanks to appropriately chosen physiotherapeutic care and the patient's intensive efforts, there was an overall improvement in all pathological parameters, a full range of motion was achieved, and muscle strength improved.
