Souběžný název v českém jazyce Abstract Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat analýzou textů britských autorek Angely Carter a Doris Lessing a porovnávat je. Zaměří se především na symboly v textu vyjadřující pocity úzkosti ženských postav a jejich podněty a na vzdor proti patriarchální společnosti ze strany těchto postav. Bakalářská práce se zaměří na povídky obou autorek a na mužské postavy, které v nich figurují, a které se snaží různými způsoby získat kontrolu nad ženskou postavou a být ji nadřazeni. Metodologické postupy, které budou použity, jsou textová analýza, genderová analýza a metoda důkladného čtení. This bachelor's thesis will analyze the texts of British female authors Angela Carter and Doris Lessing and compare them. It will focus mainly on symbols in the text expressing the feelings of anxiety of women characters and their impulses, as well as their resistance against patriarchal society. The thesis will concentrate on the short stories of both authors and on men characters who appear in them, and who try to gain control over women and to be superior to them.in various ways.
