Oponent Jan Prchal Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá českou populární skupinou Rangers - Plavci, která působí na hudební scéně od 60. let 20. století. Práce mapuje léta jejího působení zejména do roku 2000. V teoretické části je čtenář uveden do žánrové problematiky a chronologického vývoje tohoto hudebního tělesa. Další část práce se zaměřuje na jednotlivé charakteristiky vystupování skupiny s cílem vystihnout hlavní znaky, analyzovat je a skupinu srovnat s konkurencí. Zároveň se v ní čtenář dočte o autorské tvorbě a významném mediálním působení. Práce je koncipována jako souhrnný profil kapely s akcentem na to, co po ní do dnešních dnů zůstalo. The bachelor's thesis deals with the popular Czech band Rangers - Plavci, which has been active in the music scene since the 1960s. It maps the years of activity, especially up to 2000. In the theoretical part, the reader is introduced to genre issues and the chronological development of this musical group. The next part of the work focuses on the individual characteristics of the group's performance with the aim of identifying the main features, analyzing them and comparing the group with the competition. At the same time, the reader will learn about the author's creation and significant media activities.
