V teoretické části je zahrnuta historie, imunologická podstata očkování, typy vakcín, principy správné očkovací techniky, povinná a nepovinná očkování a nežádoucí účinky po očkování. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je mapování znalostí a postojů rodičů k očkování. D Year of defence: 2023 The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of vaccination of children from the perspective of a nurse. It contains two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes history, immunological basis of vaccination, types of vaccines, principles of proper vaccination technique, mandatory and optional vaccinations and adverse effects after vaccination. In the practical part, the results of the questionnaire survey are evaluated. The main aim of the bachelor thesis was to map the knowledge and attitudes of parents towards vaccination.
