První část poskytuje klasifikaci čerokíjského jazyka, historické pozadí čerokíjů a aktuální informace o nich. Tato část také stručně vysvětluje čerokíjskou fonologii. Druhá část obsahuje popis základních rysů čerokíjské gramatiky. Probírá slovesa, různé druhy zájmen a různé předpony a přípony a další gramatické rysy. Třetí část je praktická část, která obsahuje výzkum. Výzkum je prováděn formou fonologické analýzy nahrávek čerokíjských anglicky mluvících. Očekávaným výsledkem výzkumu je najít některé výrazné rysy čerokíjské angličtiny a zjistit, zda se objevují ve všech záznamech. This bachelor thesis deals with "Cherokee English", the variant of English produced by native Cherokee speakers. The first part provides the classification of the Cherokee language, historical background of the Cherokee and current information about them. This part also briefly explains the Cherokee phonology. The second part contains a description of the basic features of Cherokee grammar. It discusses verbs, different kinds of pronouns and different prefixes and suffixes and other grammatical features. The third part is the practical part which contains the researcg. The research is executed in a form of a phonological analysia of recordings of Cherokee English speakers. The anticipated result of the research is to find sone distinct features of the Cherokee English and find out whether they appear in all the recirdings. Another responsib.
