V teoretické části práce pojednáváme o systému pádů němčiny a zaměřujeme se především na genitiv a jeho znaky, na jejichž základě je možné ho identifikovat v textu. Kromě toho se věnujeme také funkcím, které může zastávat v rámci jednotlivých frází a také vývojovým tendencím v užití genitivu v současné němčině na základě uvedené sekundární literatury. V praktické části práce analyzujeme výskyt genitivu v mluveném korpusu, který je tvořen přepisem předvolební debaty Merkelová-Schulz z roku 2017. Na tomto korpusu ukazujeme jednotlivé výskyty genitivu. Výsledky analýzy srovnáváme také s výsledky analýzy prováděné v rámci mé bakalářské práce, která byla věnována tématu substantivního genitivního atributu.. -- Abstract: In this final thesis we deal with the use of genitive in present German. In a theoretical part of this thesis we treat the case system of German and we concentrate above all on genitive and its features according to which we are able to identify it in the text. In addition we pay head to functions which can be used in individual phrases and development tendencies of the genitive in modern German (see: stated secondary literature). In a practical part we analyse the occurrence of genitive in the spoken corpus. For this purpose we rewrote the pre-election debate Merkel-Schulz in 2017. On the base of this corpus we show individual occurrence of the genitive. We compare the results of this analysis with results of my bachelor´s papers which was devoted to the topic of substantive genitive attribute.
