Oponent Lucia Mičíková Abstract V této práci analyzuji střednědobé plány rozvoje sociálních služeb na úrovni všech čtrnácti krajů ČR. Cílovou skupinou jsou osoby se zdravotním postižením. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, na které strategické cíle se zaměřují vybrané střednědobé plány v oblasti péče o osoby se zdravotním postižením. Současně bylo cílem zjistit, na které priority se plány zaměřovaly nejčastěji. Také mě zajímalo, zda kraje zahrnují cíle související s procesem transformace a deinstitucionalizace pobytových služeb. In this bachelor thesis I analyse the medium-term plans for the development of social services at the level of all fourteen regions of the Czech Republic. The target group is people with disabilities. The aim of the research was to find out which strategic objectives are the focus of the selected medium-term plans in the field of care for people with disabilities. At the same time, the aim was to find out which priorities the plans focused on most often. I was also interested in whether the regions included objectives related to the process of transformation and deinstitutionalisation of residential services. Another responsib.
