Práce s rodinou v rozvodové či rozchodové situaci / Michaela Venhodová. -- 2022. -- 67 stran + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Alexandra Petrů. -- Oponent Petra Auerveková. -- Abstrakt: Cílem práce je zmapování vnímání rozvodové či rozchodové situace rodiči, zejména vnímání toho, jak tuto situaci zvládaly či zvládají jejich děti. Dále se práce zaměřuje na povědomí rodičů o existenci služeb a odborné pomoci zaměřující se na práci s rodinami v rozvodové či rozchodové situaci, vnímání a využití této pomoci. Předmětem výzkumu byl např. samotný rozvod či rozchod a jeho průběh, vnímání dětí jejich rodiči v průběhu rozvodové či rozchodové situace, práce s rodinou či naplňování potřeb dětí a rodičů v průběhu rozvodu/rozchodu. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jednalo o téma a problematiku vyžadující hloubkové odpovědi respondentů, byl využit kvalitativní přístup, konkrétně metoda polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. S rozhovory souhlasilo celkem sedm respondentů. Rozhovory byly nahrávány, následně přepsány a poté analyzovány formou otevřeného kódování, ze kterého vznikly kategorie. Kategorie vznikly na základě rešerší odborné literatury a přepsaných rozhovorů. Z výsledků výzkumu je zřejmé, že ať se jedná o rozvod či rozchod, každý rodič si prochází obtížným obdobím, ale vyvíjí snahu, aby toto období mělo co možná nejmenší dopad na jeho dítě/děti, aby byly řádně naplňovány jeho/jejich potřeby a bylo/byly vychováváno/vychovávány zdravým způsobem. To vykazuje i snaha rodičů o co možná nejrychlejší přizpůsobení se nové nastalé situaci. Výsledky též prokazují, že vnímání dětí jejich rodiči velmi závisí na věku dětí v průběhu rozvodové či rozchodové situace. V oblasti odborné pomoci bylo povědomí a názory respondentů různé, v některých případech měli respondenti dostatečné informace o možnosti využití pomoci odborníků pomáhajících profesí, někteří neměli informace žádné a snažili se pomoc vyhledat sami. V případě některých z respondentů nebyla v jejich situaci odborná pomoc zapotřebí. Rodiče a děti, kteří procházeli rozvodovou či rozchodovou situací, nejčastěji využili podpory ze strany blízkých osob, z řady odborníků pomáhajících profesí pak psychologů. V rámci porozumění dané problematice a rozpadu rodinného soužití je též podstatné zmínit vzrůstající trend současné společnosti, kterým je nesezdané soužití.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of the thesis is to map out the perception of the parents of the divorce or separation situation, especially the perception of how their children coped or are coping with this situation. The thesis also focuses on parents' awareness of the existence of services and professional help focusing on working with families in a divorce or separation situation, their perception and use of this help. The subject of the research was, for example, the divorce or separation itself and its course, the perception of children by their parents during the divorce or separation situation, work with the family or meeting the needs of children and parents during the divorce and or separation phase. Since this was a topic and issue requiring a thorough answers from the respondents, a qualitative approach was used, namely the method of semi-structured interviews. A total of seven respondents agreed to be interviewed. The interviews were recorded, then transcribed and then analyzed through an open coding, emerging into different categories. The categories emerged from literature searches and transcribed interviews. It is clear from the research findings that whether it is a divorce and or a separation, every parent goes through a difficult time. However, an effort is made to ensure that this period has as little impact as possible on their children, making sure that their needs are properly met and that they are raised in a healthy way. This is also shown by the parents' efforts to adapt to the new situation as quickly as possible. The results also show that children's perceptions of their parents are highly dependent on the age of the children during the divorce and or separation situation. In the area of professional help, the awareness and opinion of respondents varied. In some cases, respondents had sufficient information about the possibility of using professionals from the helping professions, some had no information and tried to seek help themselves. For some of the respondents, professional help was not needed in their situation. Parents and children who were going through a divorce and or separation phase situation most often used support from close persons, and psychologists from several helping professions. In the context of understanding the issue and the breakdown of the family status, it is also essential to mention the growing trend in contemporary society, which is the popular unmarried status.
