Oponent Kateřina Riedelová Abstract Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stereotypizaci mužů vykonávající profesi sociální práce. Tedy jak je na ně nahlíženo společností a jak sami muži na sebe pohlížejí. Cílem bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím kombinovaného výzkumu se zaměřit na oblasti stereotypizace mužů v sociální práci a na to, jakým způsobem je nahlíženo na muže vykonávající profesi sociální práce. Zda tyto stereotypy muže ovlivňují a jak na sebe sami muži nahlíží. Obsahem teoretické části je objasnění pojmu stereotypizace, gender a pojmy s nimi spojenými. Vysvětluji zde pojmy jako maskulinita, feminita, genderové role a genderová identita. Výzkumná část práce zahrnuje analýzu stereotypizace a rovněž to, jak společenský stereotyp ovlivňuje muže-sociální pracovníky. Bachelor thesis is aimed at stereotyping men in the social work profession. How men view themselves and are viewed by society. The main objective of this work is to use a qualitative method, namely to conduct interviews with social workers, to map the perception of workers' own masculinity and whether stereotypes of society influence them. Further, using a quantitative method (anonymous questionnaire technique), map the society's view of social workers. The content of the theoretical part is clarification of the form of stereotyping, gender and the concepts associated with them. I explain here terms like masculinity, feminity, gender roles and gender identity.
