Oponent Daniel Bůžek Abstract Bakalářská práce ve své teoretické části popisuje nejčastěji analyticky stanovované parametry u volných mastných kyselin spolu s vhodnou instrumentací a postupem. Uvádí je v kontextu s motivy stanovení těchto veličin a příslušnými zdroji volných mastných kyselin. V praktické části se pak zabývá zavedením normované metody stanovení čísla kyselosti v analytických laboratořích přírodovědecké fakulty Univerzity Jana Evangelisty Purkyně titrační metodou jakožto ukazatele účinnosti heterogenních katalyzátorů vyvíjených na katedře chemie univerzity před a po esterifikaci kafilerních tuků s jejich využitím. In its theoretical part, the bachelor's thesis describes the most frequently analytically determined parameters of free fatty acids together with suitable instrumentation and procedure. It presents them in the context of the motives for determining these quantities and the relevant sources of free fatty acids.
