Oponent Lukáš Prostřední Abstract Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat etická dilemata, se kterými se dlouhodobí sociální pracovníci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí potýkají, a které si vybavují jako nejvýznamnější zpětně po letech, kdy začali pracovat v rámci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a také, jakým způsobem vnímají četnost etických dilemat v průběhu let a jak se s nimi v průběhu let vypořádávají. Analýza byla provedena prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na charakteristiku pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a náplň jejich práce. Poté na vymezení pojmu etické dilema a dilemat sociálních pracovníků. Následně zkoumá zvládání, vnímání a strategie zvládání etických dilemat pracovníků v průběhu let. Výsledky šetření ukázaly, že sociální pracovníci vnímají úbytek v četnosti etických dilemat v průběhu let. Také ukázaly, že v průběhu let pracovníci usuzují, že zvládají a vypořádávají se s etickými dilematy lépe než na začátku jejich praxe. Jako důležitý aspekt byla uváděna psychohygiena, supervize a případová konference. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the ethical dilemmas that long-term social workers of The Social and Legal Protection of Children Department face and which they remember as the most important retrospectively after the years when they started working within The Social and Legal Protection of Children Department and how they perceive the frequency of ethical dilemmas over the years and how they have dealt with them over the years. The analysis was performed through semi-structured interviews. The work first focuses on the characteristics of The Social and Legal Protection of Children Department workers and their job description. Then it focuses on the definition of the concept of ethical dilemma and dilemmas of social workers. It then examines the coping, perception, and coping strategies of employees' ethical dilemmas over the years. The results of the survey showed that social workers are deducing, that they perceive a decrease in the frequency of ethical dilemmas over the years. They have also shown that over the years, workers cope with ethical dilemmas better than at the beginning of their practice.
