Státní, kulturní a občanské pojetí národa v českém myšlení / Petr Leník. -- 2020. -- 86 listů. -- Oponent Martin Šimsa. -- Vedoucí práce Jan Musil. -- Abstract: Na začátku diplomové práce bude vysvětleno, co znamenají pojmy jako státní či kulturní národ a co se rozumí občanským pojetím národa. Předložená definice bude aplikována na české prostředí s cílem zjistit, zda se obě pojetí nutně vylučují, anebo je-li možné, aby platila pro jeden národní celek. Ve druhé části práce si položíme otázku, zda jsou či nejsou Češi občanským národem a co problematika občanství přináší. Na problematice občanského pojetí národa si ukážeme důležitost participace občanů na státě a nutnosti vytváření či prohlubování vztahu mezi občanem a státem. Celá práce bude postavena na myšlenkách vybraných autorů, kteří se tématu národa, nacionalismu, ale i občanství věnovali. Pracovat budeme především s díly Miroslava Hrocha, Ernesta Gellnera a Bedřicha Loewensteina.. -- Abstract: At the beginning of the thesis will be explained what mean the terms as a state or cultural nation and what is meant by the civic conception of the nation. The presented definition will be applied to the Czech concept in order to determine whether both concepts are necessarily excluded, or if it is possible for them to apply to one national unit. In the second part of the work we ask the question whether or not Czechs are a civic nation and what the issue of citizenship brings. On the issue of the civic conception of the nation, we will show the importance of the participation of citizens in the state and the need to create or deepen the relationship between the citizen and the state. The whole work will be based on the ideas of selected authors who dealt with the topic of the nation, nationalism, but also citizenship. We will work mainly with works by Miroslav Hroch, Ernest Gellner and Bedřich Loewenstein.
