Vedoucí práce Ladislav Zilcher Abstract Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou práce sociálního pedagoga při pilotním ověřování jeho činnosti v základní škole. Teoretická východiska práce obsahují aktuální poznatky v oblasti historie sociální pedagogiky, jejího obsahového vymezení spolu s různými pohledy na její pojetí a přehled metod sociálně pedagogické činnosti využívaných v českém prostředí. Uvádíme také pohled na sociální pedagogiku v zahraničí a charakteristiku činností školního sociálního pedagoga spolu s uchopením této profese v české legislativě. Kvalitativně orientované výzkumné šetření longitudinálního charakteru jsme uchopili metodou zakotvené teorie a single case study. Odvíjí se od myšlenky zachycení reálného obrazu možností v realizaci stanovené náplně práce sociálního pedagoga v základní škole a data byla získána prostřednictvím polo-strukturovaných narativních interview, která byla v pravidelném intervalu opakována po dobu jednoho školního roku. Závěrem práce jsou doporučení školám, ve kterých je pozice sociálního pedagoga zřízena a také pro školního sociálního pedagoga samotného jako reflexe příkladů dobré praxe. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the work of the social pedagogue in the pilot verification of its activity in primary school. The theoretical basis of the thesis contains current knowledge in the field of history of social pedagogy, its content definition together with various views on its conception and an overview of methods of social pedagogical activity used in the Czech environment. We also present the view of social pedagogy abroad and the characteristics of the activities of the school social pedagogue together with the demarcation of this profession in the Czech legislation. The qualitatively oriented research of longitudinal character was held by the grounded theory method and single case study. It is based on the idea of capturing a real picture of possibilities in the realization of the job description of a social pedagogue in elementary school. Data were obtained through semi-structured narrative interviews, which were repeated at regular intervals for one school year. Conclusion of this work are recommendations to schools in which the position of the social educator is established and also for school social educator itself, as a reflection of examples of good practice in this field.
