Vedoucí práce Jan Tirpák Abstract Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu sociálních dovedností u pracovníků sociálně právní ochrany dětí v závislosti na věku a délce jejich praxe. Teoretická část se zaobírá vybraným tématem, tedy zejména oblastí sociálních dovedností a problematikou sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Cílem empirického šetření je za použití standardizovaného šetření pomocí výzkumného nástroje SSI-Social skills inventory (Riggio, Carney, 2007) zjistit a porovnat sociální dovednosti u vybrané skupiny respondentů. Na základě výzkumu jsou formulovány závěry a doporučení pro praxi speciální pedagogiky - intervence a dalších disciplín pomáhajících profesí. The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of social skills of employees of social and legal protection of children depending on the age and length of their practice. The theoretical part deals with a selected topic, especially the area of social skills and the issue of social and legal protection of children. The aim of the empirical survey is to find out and compare social skills in a selected group of respondents using a standardized survey using the research tool SSI-Social skills inventory (Riggio, Carney, 2007).
