Oponent Konstantin Schejbal Abstract Cílem diplomové práce je návrh řešení kompenzace účiníku v lokální distribuční soustavě. Práce se zabývá legislativou týkající se provozu lokální distribuční soustavy a je zde sepsán výtah z pravidel provozování lokální distribuční soustavy. Dále jsou zde popsány typy kompenzace a způsoby jejího umístění. Následně je uveden popis stávajícího stavu lokální distribuční soustavy a je provedena analýza způsobů kompenzace. Nejprve je analyzována možnost kompenzace odběrů externích zákazníků, dále pokračuje analýza varianty centrální kompenzace a následně analýza varianty skupinové kompenzace jednotlivých rozvoden. V závěrečné kapitole je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení vybraných variant. The goal of this thesis is to design a solution of power factor correction solution in a local distribution system. The thesis deals with legislation concerning the operation of the local distribution system and an extract from the rules of operation of the local distribution system is written here. Furthermore, types of compensation and ways of its placement are described. Subsequently, there is a description of the current state of the local distribution system and an analysis of compensation methods is performed. Firstly, the possibility of compensation of external customers' consumption is analyzed, the analysis of central compensation continues and the possibility of group compensation of individual substations follows.
