Oponent Michal Holec Abstract Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout dosavadní poznatky o aciniformním hedvábí, jenž vzniká sekreční činností aciniformních žláz ústících na povrchu středních a zadních snovacích bradavek. Dále práce shrnuje poznatky o využití aciniformního hedvábí pavouky. V prvních kapitolách se práce věnuje snovací činnosti pavouků, včetně popisu morfologie snovacích bradavek jednotlivých infrařádů, fyziologie snovacích žláz a struktury pavoučího vlákna. Následující kapitoly se zabývají strukturou a tvorbou aciniformního hedvábí, využitím aciniformního hedvábí pavouky, respektive atakováním kořisti, tvorbou kokonů a tvorbou stabilimenta. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the current knowledge of the aciniform silk, which is produced by the secretory activity of aciniform glands located at the surface of medial and posterior spinnerets. The thesis also provides a summary of the findings of spiders using aciniform silk. In the first chapter, the thesis deals with the spiders spinning activity, including the description of the morphology of spinnerets of each infraorder, physiology of spinning glands and structure of spider silk fiber. The following chapters deal with the structure and formation of the aciniform silk and the usage of aciniform silk, such as wrap attack, construction of cocoons and spinning of stabilimentum.
