Efekty strategických průmyslových zón Triangle a Joseph v Ústeckém kraji / Václav Dius. -- 2019. -- 90 listů : barevné ilustrace + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce René Hladík. -- Oponent Václav Rybáček. -- Abstract: Obsahem této práce je porovnání úspěšnosti dvou strategických průmyslových zón v Ústeckém kraji v návaznosti na vynaložené finanční prostředky související s jejich výstavbou a následným rozvojem. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na ilustraci systému investičních pobídek, jejich cíle a dopady na rozvoj investičního prostředí v České republice. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu investičních nákladů ze strany vlastníků strategických zón a českého státu. V další části práce se nachází zhodnocení efektu vynaložených investic pomocí ukazatelů: náklady na jedno vytvořené pracovní místo, návratnost investic podle ukazatele přidané hodnoty a dále přínosů pro státní rozpočet (daně, zdravotní a sociální pojištění). V závěru jsou v práci uvedeny faktory ovlivňující rozhodování investorů při umísťování investic do průmyslových zón a jsou identifikovány možné příčiny rozdílného vývoje obou strategických zón.. -- Abstract: The content of this work is a comparison of the success of two strategic industrial zones in the Ústí nad Labem region, in connection with the financial means related to their construction and subsequent development. The first part of the thesis is focused on the illustration of the system of investment incentives, their objectives and impacts on the development of the investment environment in the Czech Republic. The second part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of investment costs by the owners of the strategic zones and the Czech state. In the next part of the thesis there is an evaluation of the effect of investments made using indicators: the cost of one created job, the return on investments according to the added value indicator and the benefits for the state budget (taxes, health and social insurance). In conclusion, the factors influencing the decision making of investors when investing in industrial zones are identified and the possible causes of the different development of the two strategic zones are identified.
