Oponent Kateřina Šperlová Abstract Tato práce se zabývá problematikou profesní identity studentek a studentů oborů sociální práce. Profesní identita je procesem, kterým tyto studentky a studenti prochází během studia a její formování je velmi důležité. Cílem práce bylo zjistit a analyzovat faktory, které tuto profesní identitu a její konstruování ovlivňují, jak jsou v tomto procesu podporováni pedagožkami a pedagogy, a na základě výsledků výzkumu tak navrhnout opatření pro vzdělávání studentek a studentů. Výzkum byl realizován v rámci Univerzity J. E. Purkyně, VOŠ, OA SPgŠ a SZŠ Most a Univerzity Karlovy se studentkami a studenty z bakalářského typu studia všech ročníků. Pro získání dat jsem zvolila kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkum. V rámci Univezity J. E. Purkyně byly realizovány focus-group interviews a polostrukturované rozhovory se studentkami a studenty třetího ročníku bakalářského studia oboru sociální práce a zároveň byly realizovány strukturovány rozhovory s pedagožkou a pedagogem. Na základě výsledků lze konstatovat, že se tyto studentky a studenti setkávají s mnoha faktory, které jejich profesní identity ovlivňují. Jako nejvýznamnějším faktorem pro budování profesní identity tak představuje akademické prostředí, konkrétně pedagožky a pedagogové, kteří se se studentkami a studenty setkávají. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the professional identity of students of the social work. During the educational process, occurs professional socialization, thanks to which students can identify with the profession. The main aim of this thesis was to determine and analyze factors influencing this professional identity and its designing. Simultaneously, this thesis focuses on how students are supported by educators during this professional identification. Based on the research´s results, some steps for better education of these students are suggested. The research was carried out at the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, VOŠ, OA SPgŠ and SZŠ Most and at Charles University with students of a bachelor degree in all year of study. Both, quantitative and qualitative researches were used to gain the data. Within the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, the focus - group interviews and semi-structured interviews were carried out among students. Subsequently, structured interviews were carried out with educators. Based on the results, it can be stated that students of social work are facing many factors that are influencing their professional socialization.
