Oponent Monika Raušerová Abstract Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zchátralých budov a lokalit, které ztratily své původní využití a zmapování revitalizačních procesů v okrese Svitavy. V úvodu jsou popsána teoretická východiska pro analýzu brownfields a problematika jejich revitalizování. Ve druhé části je krátce charakterizován okres a jsou zde klasifikovány konkrétní brownfields. Vlastní analýza prokázala, že zchátralých objektů bez využití je v okrese mnohem více než uvádí veřejné databáze. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny vybrané revitalizační procesy v okrese Svitavy. This Bachelor thesis is focused on the problems of buildings in disrepair, locations which have lost their original purpose and mapping of revitalization processes in the Svitavy district. In the introducing part there are the theoretical resources of brownfield's analysis and the problems of their revitalization described. In the second part there are the characteristics of the district itself and the classification of concrete brownfields. The main analysis proved that in the district there are much more buildings in disrepair that are not in use than the public databases quotes.
