Oponent Jaroslav Veteška Abstract Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na alternativní tresty neboli na možnosti sankcí za trestný čin, které nejsou spojeny s odnětím svobody jedince. Pojednává o těch alternativních trestech, jejichž kontrolou nad výkonem je pověřena Probační a mediační služba. Práce se specializuje na největší cílovou skupinu této státní organizace, a tou jsou pachatelé trestných činů, kteří již byli k nějakému alternativnímu trestu odsouzeni, a jejím cílem je zjistit pohledy těchto klientů Probační a mediační služby na alternativní tresty. Analýza je provedena metodou dotazníkového šetření na jednom ze středisek této služby, ve městě Ústí nad Labem. Na základě šetření byly zjištěny nejen náhledy klientů na alternativní tresty, ale také jejich sociodemografické údaje a existence dalších rodinných příslušníků klientů, kteří páchají trestnou činnost, což by mohlo mít vliv i na samotné klienty Probační a mediační služby. Výsledky této práce by mohly být nápomocny nejen probačním pracovníkům, ale také dalším, kteří se v této problematice pohybují. This master degree thesis is focused on alternative punishments also known as possibilities of sanctions of crime deeds which are not combined with arrest of an individual. The thesis deals with those alternative punishments which are under control of process by Probation and mediation services. The thesis is specialized in the biggest group of this state organization, especially those offenders of crime deeds which already were convicted by an alternative punishment and its target to find out their opinions of Probation and mediation services´ clients. The analysis is made by a method of questionnaires in one of the centers of organization in Ústí nad Labem. Not only opinions of clients on the alternative punishments were found out due to the investigation but their sociodemografic details and existence of other family members of clients which have committed crime deeds which could affect the clients of Probation and mediation services themselves. The results of this thesis could be helpful not only to the staff of probation services but to the others which follow up in this kind of problematics. Another responsib.
