Vedoucí práce Martin Dolejš Abstract Cílem práce je vytvoření geodatabáze elementárních ploch a mikrostruktur pro území Ústí nad Labem, jež bude sloužit jako podklad pro regulaci odtokových poměrů a zmírňování klimatických změn. Metodika vytvoření datové vrstvy elementárních ploch bude založena na automatické klasifikaci ortofoto snímků. Součástí práce bude zhodnocení přesnosti této metodiky porovnáním s reálnou situací. Elementárním plochám a mikrostrukturám budou následně přiřazeny ekohydrologické atributy, které budou v rámci práce též vyhodnoceny a vizualizovány v souboru map. Výsledky ukazují riziková místa v Ústí nad Labem, která vycházejí z vyhodnocení dílčích ekohydrologických koeficientů. Metodika a výsledná geodatabáze budou využity pro potřeby územního plánování. The aim of this paper is to create a geodatabase of elementary surfaces and microstructures in the town of Ustí nad Labem, the purpose of which will be the regulation of runoff and mitigation of climate changes. Methodology of creating of the data layer of elementary surfaces developed in this work is based on automatic classification of orthophoto images. Paper will also evaluate the accuracy of the methodology by comparing the outcome with reality. Ecohydrological attributes will be assigned to elementary surfaces and microstructures. These attributes will be further assessed and visualized using a set of maps. Results show risk spots in Usti nad Labem, which are based on synthetic evaluation of ecodyrological coefficients.
