Vedoucí práce Jiří Chotaš Abstract Cílem této diplomové práce je primárně vytvořit pokud možno úplný a konzistentní obraz italského fašismu. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na dvě oblasti zkoumání. Nejdříve dochází ke zkoumání, zda se fašistický režim v Itálii dá zařadit spíše k autoritarismu nebo totalitarismu. Dochází zde k vysvětlení, z jakého důvodu se přikláním k tvrzení, že se fašistický režim v Itálii řadí spíše k autoritarismu. Druhým úkolem teoretické části práce je popis ideologického základu italského fašismu. Zde jsou vyloženy zásadní texty a teorie rozličných autorů, kteří následně ovlivnily fašistické teoretiky. V závěru této teoretické části práce jsou interpretovány originální texty samotných představitelů italského fašismu. Zde docházím ke zjištění, že italský fašismus nebyl pevně vázán žádnou specifickou doktrínou. Ve svých počátcích vznikal na základě různorodých myšlenek a teorií, které fašismus přetvořil pro své potřeby. V praktické části práce dochází k popisu fašistického režimu v Itálii v letech 1922-1943 a následně mezi lety 1943-1945. Primárním cílem pro tuto praktickou část práce je zkoumání problematiky, jak se italský fašismus lišil ve své praxi od svých ideologických postulátů. Hlavním zjištěním této části práce je skutečnost, že na vývoj italského fašismu lze nahlížet jako na intelektuální vývoj Benita Mussoliniho. Italský fašismus vděčí za svoji bohatou proměnlivost Mussolinimu, který přetvářel fašistickou doktrínu tak, aby odpovídala potřebám doby. The main purpose of this master's thesis is to create a whole and consistent image of Italian fascism. The theoretic part of this study covers two areas of research. First, it investigates, whether it is possible to classify the fascist regime in Italy as authoritarianism or as totalitarianism. The thesis explains the reason why I tend to agree that the fascist regime in Italy should be classified as authoritarianism. The second aim of the theoretical part of this work is to describe the ideological foundation of Italian fascism. In this part, vital texts and theories of various authors, who consequently influenced fascist theoreticians, are expounded. At the end of the theoretical section, original texts written by the exponents of Italian fascism themselves are interpreted. In this part I come to find that Italian fascism was not firmly bound to any doctrine in particular. In its beginning it originated on the basis of heterogeneous thoughts and theories, which fascism remoulded to suit its needs. A description of the fascist regimen in Italy in 1922-1943 and subsequently between the years 1943-1945 is given in the practical part. The primary aim of this practical section is to examine the problems of how the practice of Italian fascism differed from its theoretical postulates. The main finding of this work is that the evolution of Italian fascism can be regarded as an intelectual evolution of Benito Mussolini.
