První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické zakotvení v oblasti získávání a uvádění zaměstnanců do organizace. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou problémů v konkrétní organizaci pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci firmy. Další informace a data pro vytvoření závěrů budou získány z interních dokumentů firmy. Výsledkem tohoto šetření by měly být návrhy na způsob řešení těchto problémů a konkrétní návrh adaptačního procesu pro tuto firmu.. -- Abstract: The subject of this Bachelor's thesis is the analysis and design of solution to problems that arise in adapting to new employees in the company, which result in a high staff turnover of these employees. The first part focuses on theoretical grounding in the area of sourcing of employees and introducing them into organization. The second part analyses the problems in a concrete organization through an anonymous questionnaire survey among the company employees. Further information and data to establish the conclusions will be obtained from internal documents of the company. The proposals on how to solve these problems and a concrete design of the adaptation process for this company should be the results of this investigation.
