Zabývá se zlomeninami stehenní kosti v dětském věku ve spojení s hospitalizací. Velkou pozornost věnuje ošetřovatelské péči o dítě na Bryantově trakci, jejím specifikám, dále se zaměřuje na realizaci ošetřovatelských postupů a problematiku dlouhodobě hospitalizovaných dětí. V empirické části formuluje cíle, úkoly práce, metodologii průzkumu a seznamuje s výběrem vzorku respondentů. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, pomocí rozhovoru, zda je adaptace dítěte na hospitalizaci, a zvolený způsob léčby u zlomenin stehenní kosti, při zapojení rodiče do ošetřovatelského procesu přínosná. Dílčí cíle jsou zaměřeny na specifika ošetřovatelské péče u Bryantovy trakce, edukaci dětí a jejich rodičů o způsobu léčby a na zjištění, zda v případě nepřítomnosti herního specialisty přispěje k lepší informovanosti rodičů i dítěte vytvoření edukačních listů s popisem dané problematiky. Potřebné informace jsou získány od osmi dětských sester pracujících na Oddělení dětské chirurgie - Dětském úrazovém centru v Ústí nad Labem. Práce závěrem shrnuje tématiku s možným praktickým využitím ve zdravotnické praxi. Autorka předkládá edukační materiál pro rodiče hospitalizovaných dětí. This bachelor thesis provides an introduction to fractures of the femur and its treatment by Bryant traction in its theoretical part. It delas with fractures of the femur in childhood and their hospitalization. It focuses mainly on nursing care for child treated by Bryant traction, its specifics and realization of nursing procedures for long-term hospitalized children. In the empirical part formulates goals, tasks, work, survey methodology and introduces sampling of respondents. The main objective is to find out through conversation, whether the involvement of parents in the nursing process is beneficial for adaptation of child to hospitalization and the chosen method of treatment for fractures of the femur. Sub-objectives are focused on the specifics of nursing care in Bryant traction and education of children and their parents about the method of treatment and determine whether creating educational sheet with a description of the issue contributes to better inform parents and children in the absence of "playworker". Information is obtained from eight pediatric nurses working at the Department of Pediatric Surgery - Accident children's center in Usti nad Labem.
