Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na klasifikaci pojmů, uvedení do problematiky obecních rozpočtů a na finanční krizi. Navazuje část analytická, ve které je provedena podrobná analýza rozpočtů města Louny, a jsou zhodnoceny dopady finanční krize na město. Závěrem jsou shrnuty veškeré poznatky z teoretické i praktické části a je podáno doporučení do dalších let. Bachelor thesis is focused on the economy of the town Louny in the years 2007 - 2014 and its objective is to analyze the impact of the financial crisis on the city budget after 2008. The work is divide into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on classification of terms, introduction to the municipal budgets and the financial crisis. It continues the analytical part, in which a detailed analysis of budgets of Louny and evaluates the impact of financial crisis on the city.
