Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je vymezit pojmy zkoumané problematiky, zejména pak pojmy kriminalita, děti a mládež, kriminogenní prostředí či prevence. Cílem praktické části je formou dotazníkového šetření zjistit jednak názor dětí a mládeže ve věku od 12 do 18 let na současný stav kriminality mládeže a porovnat získaná data z hlediska věku, pohlaví a vzdělání a dále pak zjistit i informovanost dotazovaných o současném stavu kriminality. Bachelor thesis deals with infringements of children and youth, their causes and impact of the educational environment, which at various times of life, these people passes and then the institutions or organizations dealing with this issue, including the possibility of prevention of this pathological phenomenon. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is to define the terms of the issues, particularly the concepts of crime, children and youth, criminogenic environment or prevention. The practical part is in the form of a questionnaire survey to establish, first views of children and young people aged 12 to 18 years at the current state of youth crime and to compare the obtained data in terms of age, gender and education and then find out the awareness of the respondents about the current state of crime.
