V teoretických východiscích jsme se zaměřili na samotný nikotin, jeho složení, vliv na organismus a nežádoucí účinky. Součástí teoretických východisek jsou také dosavadní poznatky o vlivu nikotinu na výkon. Dále se věnujeme energetickému krytí anaerobního výkonu, zátěžové diagnostice a možnostem testování anaerobního výkonu. Praktická část je zaměřena na hodnocení vlivu nikotinu na výkon u 10 sportujících probandů. Dosažený výkon byl hodnocen pomocí Wingate testu. This thesis deals with the effect of nicotine on performance during repeated short-term anaerobic load. In the theoretical part, we have focused on nicotine, its composition, its effect on the body and side effects. Part of the theory are also present findings on the effects of nicotine on performance. Furthermore, we cover the energy anaerobic performance, load diagnostics and possibilities testing of anaerobic performance. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the effect of nicotine on performance in 10 athlete probands. The performance was evaluated using the Wingate test. Another responsib.
