Antonín Janda byl regionální historik na Litoměřicku, pedagog, archivář a zakladatel Jandova muzea v Budyni nad Ohří. Tato práce je z velké části věnována Jandově literární činnosti a přináší sumář jeho historicko-vlastivědných prací. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo nejen postihnout Jandovo vlastivědné bádání, ale také zdokumentovat jeho veřejné působení. This thesis deals with personality of Antonín Janda (1849-1932). Antonín Janda was a local historian in region of Litoměřice, pedagogue, archivist and founder of Janda´s Museum in Budyně nad Ohří. This thesis is mainly focused on literary activities of Antonín Janda and brings summary of his historical studies.
