Ve své práci se zabývám kvalitou života pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou na Ústecku. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na obecný pojem kvalita života, jeho významu a možnosti měření v oboru ošetřovatelství. Dále popisuji onemocnění RA a jeho vliv na různé oblasti života. Praktická část se skládá ze samotného kvantitativního výzkumu. Cílem této práce je zjistit kvalitu života pacientů s RA, zhodnotit vliv nemoci na jednotlivé oblasti života a v jaké oblasti jsou pacienti nejvíce postiženi. Metodou výzkumu je standardizovaný dotazník SF-36. Rozděluje se do 8 dimenzí pro lepší vyhodnocení jednotlivých aspektů života. Odpovědi pacientů jsou srovnávány s kontrolní skupinou běžné populace. Stanovené hypotézy jsou analyzovány statistickými metodami chi-test a dvouvýběrový t-test. Ze získaných dat vyplývá, že nejvíce jsou pacienti s RA ovlivněni v oblasti fyzických aktivit. Z celkového subjektivního hodnocení kvality života těmito pacienty lze tvrdit, že je kvalita života u pacientů s RA snížená.. -- Abstract: In recent years the concept of quality of life are increasingly discussed in various fields of study, including nursing. In presented work is deal with quality of life patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in Ústí region. Theoretical part focus to the general concept of quality of life, meaning and measurement options in nursing. Also is described the RA disease and its impact on various areas of life. The practical part consists of the actual quantitative research based on questionnaires survey. The aim of presented work is to find out what is the quality of life of patients with RA, evaluate the impact of the disease to the different areas of life, and find out the areas which have the most affect to the pacients live. The research method is a standardized questionnaire survey SF-36. This questionnaire is divided into eight dimensions for detailed evaluation of the various aspects of life. The answers of the responsesare are compared with the control group, consist of the general population. Laid down hypotheses are analyzed by statistical methods chi-test and two-sample t-test. The collected data implies that most of the patients with RA are affected in the physical activities. The overall subjective reviews quality of life of these patients can be argued that the quality of life of this patients with RA is reduced.
