Nejprve popisuje volební systém, jak funguje. Dále se práce věnuje vývoji italského stranického systému a současným politickým stranám a koalicím. Zkoumá účinky volebního systému a jeho vlivu na systém politických stran. Aplikuje Sartoriho a Duvergerovy zákony a zkoumá jejich platnost. K analýze volebního systému rovněž využívá kvantitativních metod Laakso-Taageperův index efektivního počtu stran a výpočet proporcionality. This bachelor thesis deals with Italian electoral system, which has been used in Italy for elections to Chamber of deputies since 2005. At first it describes how the electoral system works. Further the thesis analyses the development of Italian partial system, current politic parties and coalitions. It studies the effects of electoral system and its influence on the system of politic parties. It applies and examines Sartori's and Duverger's laws and their validity. To the analysis of electoral system it also uses quantitative methods of Laakso-Taagepera's index of effective number of parties and calculation of proportionality. Another responsib.
