V práci se posuzuje jakost akumulované vody a druhová skladba nádrže i okolí. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, v níž je uveden popis geografických, klimatických, pedologických, geologických, hydrologických vlastností lokality a část praktickou, která je zaměřena na monitoring prostředí se zaměřením na výskyt organismů (druhy rostlin a živočichů) a charakter vodních společenstev. V závěru se hodnotí jakost vody dle mikroskopických rozborů a fyzikálních vlastností vody z hlediska limnologického a hydrobiologického. The purpose of this study is to assess the biological status of an artificial water reservoir in the municipality of Uzice. The paper assesses the quality of stored water and species composition of the tank and its surroundings. The work includes a theoretical part, which describes the geographic, climatic, pedological, geological, hydrological characteristics of locality and a practical part is focused on monitoring environment with a focus on the occurrence of organisms (plants and animals) and the nature of aquatic communities. In the end, assesses water quality by microscopic analysis and physical properties of water in terms of limnological and hydrobiological. Another responsib.
