Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části byl vymezen pojem komunikace a popsány základní poznatky o pedagogické komunikaci v učitelské praxi. Dále byla formulována osobnost učitele a žáka. Cílem této práce je poukázat na problematiku, bariéry a další možnosti v pedagogické komunikaci. Pro dosažení cíle byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum. Použité techniky při sběru dat byly dotazník. Na základě získaných výsledků byl formulován závěr.
