Na základě výsledků interních auditů jsou zhodnocena nápravná opatření a změny v procesech. Případně, je navržen vlastní způsob řešení vzniklých neshod. V první části je charakterizována výrobní společnost. Je zde popsána historie společnosti, její cíle, politiky, organizační struktura a systém řízení firmy. Ve druhé části práce, jako teoretická východiska, jsou popsány různé metody řízení jakosti, používané ve vybraném podniku a je zde popis normy ISO/TS 16 949. Na tuto teoretickou část navazuje příklad implementace systému řízení jakosti konkrétního podniku. V poslední čtvrté části je zhodnoceno, zda dochází ke změnám v procesech systému řízení jakosti na základě výsledků auditů a zda dochází k neustálému zlepšování tohoto systému. The subject of the Bachelor's thesis ?Application Quality management system in the selected company? is to describe and evaluate the implementation of the quality management system according to standard ISO/TS 16 949 and its documentation on the example of concrete manufacturing company. Based on the results of internal audits are reviewed corrective measures and process changes. Alternatively, is designed own way of solving disagreements. In the first part is characterized the manufacturing company. Here is described the history of the company, its goals, policies, organizational structure and management system of the company. In the second part of the thesis, as the theoretical basis, are described various methods of quality control used in the selected company and there is a description of the standard ISO/TS 16 949. This theoretical part is followed by an example implementation the quality management system of the specific firm. In last part is assessed whether there are changes in the processes of the quality management system on the bases of audit results, and whether there is a continuous improvement of this system.
