V první části jsou teoretické základy k pojišťovnictví a pojištění. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vývoj počtu uzavřených smluv investičního pojištění a vývoj přijatého pojistného z těchto smluv. Nejdříve je charakterizována samotná pojišťovna, poté její nabízený produkt, který je srovnán s dalšími investičními životními pojištěními konkurenčních pojišťoven, a nakonec jsou analyzována data získaná z Litoměřické kanceláře. Analýza dat je prováděna pomocí analýzy časových řad a pomocí několika testů. Díky analýze časových řad byl zjištěn trend a sezónnost a odhadnut budoucí vývoj. The work deals with the Unit Linked Insurance and the aim is to evaluate the development and the state of Unit Linked Insurance in Litomerice branch of Generali insurance company and make a comparison with the competition. In the first part, there are theoretical foundations for the insurance industry and insurance. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the development of the number of contracts Unit Linked Insurance and development of the premium income from these contracts. First, there is a characteristic of insurance company, then the chrakteristic of offered product, which is compared with other Unit Linked Insurances competing insurance companies and finally data obtained from Litoměřice branch office are analyzed.
