Podnik se zabývá prodejem potravinářského zboţí, lahůdek, drogistického zboţí a výrobků určených pro domácí zvířata. Předmětem práce je analýza podniku a návrh strategie a dalších opatření, která povedou k zastavení poklesu zisku a naopak zapříčiní jeho růst. Pomocí analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, ţe firma dostatečně nevyuţívá svůj potenciál, zejména v oblasti svého umístění a v nabídce produktů. The dissertation ?Marketing strategies of the grocery company Lachman? was written to devise an effective marketing strategy. The company focuses on selling food goods, delicacies, drugstore goods and products for household pets. The focus of the thesis is to analyze the company and propose a strategy with other provisions that will lead to ending the decrease of profit. With the help of an analysis of the external and internal environment and the use of surveys shows that the company is underperforming.
